Professional Bio
As Executive Director, Sara Doss provides leadership and strategic direction for ADAM. With over 13 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry and economic development, Sara is well positioned to guide ADAM’s mission of promoting the common business interests of small and midsize defense contractors as well as larger primes.
Prior to joining ADAM, Sara Doss served as Director of Business Development at Mississippi Enterprise for Technology, where she led outreach initiatives to build relationships between aerospace and defense companies, research institutions, federal partners and other resources in the state of Mississippi. Sara also spent 12 years at the state's Economic Development agency, Mississippi Development Authority, where she served as the state's business development representative for aerospace and defense industry.
Sara Doss holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Mississippi State University. She serves on the Board of Directors of two economic development organizations: Mississippi Economic Development Council and Southern Economic Development Council.
